Tractor Pulling at Moncks Corner SC

Saturday, I went to Moncks Corner and was expecting a so-so track cause it is sandy there. However, It was possibly the best track I have pulled on there. And as the day went on it got better and better. I got 1 first place and 2 second place finishes. One second place finish was in a pulloff with JFB. On the first pull I went 319.6 and he went 318.2 ft. The full pull line was 300 feet and we had to repull. The sled operator raised the chain 2 holes and I pulled 230 and spun out ( still need more traction) and JFB pulled 243 and choked. I kinda happy with how I pulled cause how many people have been in a pulloff with JFB. It was a great day! Pa pulled 3 classes and got 3 first place finishes so he had a good time also.

Saturdays

My buddy has gone to White Pine TN to a tractor pull today. I almost wish I had followed him up there, but, I have to much to do today. I need to work on my tractor to be ready for the pull at Moncks Corner if I can find someone to keep the dogs.
Well I hope Kenny has good luck today!!!!

Dawn of a New Day!

I went and voted this morning. I was the first one there and had to verify the vote box was empty and the seals were in place. It was the first time I have been the first to vote.
When I got home there was a beautiful sunrise lighting up the sky. If I believed in omens then I would be able to say that the beautiful sunrise would mean that things are going to change for the better because of how we vote. However, on the other hand I ran my pickup out of fuel on the way home. I had 5 gallons in a fuel can in the bed of the truck I had been hauling around for a week and I put it in the truck and got it cranked back up and drove it straight to the store. Seventy two dollars later I had a full tank. So I will let you figure out what these omens mean.
Maybe, someone is saying Good Luck!!!
